Wednesday September 19th, took place the  Demo “Semifreddi and Pastry at a negative temperature”, organized by De Marchi in collaboration with our chef Amato Pantaleone: the Infinity all-in-one technology, the new Afinox blast chillers, have been at the service of modern pastry in order to realize the most innovative food treatments.
