We would like to announce that this year we are official supporter of the Scuola Italiana Pizzaioli (Italian School of Pizza Makers), a school headquartered in Busseto (PR) and founded in the late 1980s with a passion for pizza and the desire to teach the profession of pizza maker by combining a scientific teaching approach, aimed at continuous research into the most modern methodologies.
The training offered by the Scuola Italiana Pizzaioli goes beyond practice, including a solid theoretical preparation.
With this complete and professional approach, students at the school will not only have the technical skills, but also the knowledge and passion necessary to achieve excellence in this profession.
Afinox has always supported organisations such as the Scuola Italiana Pizzaioli that help and prepare the workers of today and tomorrow, supporting and helping them also through our efficient products for the pizzeria sector; from the refrigerated counters designed for the pizzeria sector such as our Spring Pizza Plus and Fresh Pizza Plus tables, to the Infinity and 1Hundred blast chillers useful for chilling their dough quickly and efficiently and then storing it in the freezer for future use.
And last but not least our flagship product for the sector, the Mekano Pro, the innovative climate chamber that facilitates the processing of all leavened products, enhancing the quality of dough.
Together with the school, also this year we’ll be present at the World Pizza Championship, which will take place from 18 to 20 April 2023 at the Palaverdi in Parma; so come and visit us at stand no. 20 on those days, we are waiting for you!
This year too, we will be the official partner of the World Pizza Championship which will take place at Palaverdi in Parma from April 18th to 20th, 2023. A three-day competition where the best pizza makers from all over the world will compete for the ultimate pizza challenge.
They will come from all over the world to compete against each other and will have different nationalities, cultures, and culinary traditions, but with the aim of being the best in preparing the most beloved dish in Italy and around the world, pizza.
Created in Naples around the 17th century as a simple and popular dish that used common ingredients of the Mediterranean diet such as tomato, basil, and olive oil, pizza initially was a low and crunchy focaccia, seasoned only with oil, salt, and sometimes with the addition of onions, garlic, or cheese.
Over time, pizza has evolved and enriched with new ingredients and preparation techniques, and today pizza is a symbol of Italian culture and a dish spread all over the world, with many regional and international variations.
In addition, pizza has become an important economic sector, with a wide range of producers, restaurateurs, and specific equipment manufacturers for pizza.
Afinox will be present at stand n°20 with its products for pizzerias, from the Fresh Pizza Plus table, the practical refrigerated counter with an essential design and made of PET, an innovative material ideal for contact with food, to Mekano Pro, the innovative climatic chamber that facilitates the processing of all leavened products, enhancing the quality of dough and revolutionising the organisation of the bakery workshop.
Therefore, we look forward to seeing you at stand n°20 to show you all these products for the Pizzeria line.
We leave you below the video of last year’s World Championship.
