The Demo event GREAT PROVED PRODUCTS, PANETTONE AND PANDORO took place last Thursday October 25th, at De Marchi premises in Rome: Our Chef Amato Pantaleone presented our innovative MEKANO PRO climatic cell and the INFINITY multifunction blast chillers.

During the event it was proved that Afinox advanced technology allows to manage both in an automatic or customizable way the temperature, the humidity and the proving time for the products.
